HOW TO JOIN

1️⃣ Tap Request to Join.
2️⃣ Once you’ve submitted your request, complete the payment to reserve your spot.
3️⃣ After making the payment, upload your proof of payment in the session group chat.
4️⃣ Once your payment has been verified, your booking will be confirmed.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payment must be completed at least 3 hours before the session starts.
• If payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be released and your spot may be offered to another player.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• A minimum of 5 players is required for the session to proceed. (Minimum 6 players for Fixed Partner sessions.)
• If the minimum requirement is not met, the session will be cancelled and all payments will be fully refunded.
• Please check Reclub regularly for the latest session updates and announcements.

COURT ALLOCATION

• 5–6 players → 1 court
• 7 players → The 7th player will remain on the waitlist until an 8th player joins.
• 8–12 players → 2 courts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a replacement player. Please inform the host before the session starts.
