• Priority is given to Claireans (Alumni and former students) during the initial registration period.
• Clairean registration will only be accepted until 1 week before Open Play (OP). After this deadline, remaining slots will be opened to +1 companions.
• Once +1 slots open, Clairean priority ends. All remaining slots will be first-to-pay, first-confirmed, regardless of whether you’re a Clairean or +1.
• No payment = No confirmed slot. Requests are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed. Please DO NOT PAY unless your name is on the WAITLISTED list and there are available slots. Payment does not automatically guarantee a slot.

✅ First come, first served
🚫 Strictly No Pay, No Confirmation, No Play
Slots will only be secured once payment is received. Unpaid requests will not be accepted.

❌ Cancellation & Refunds
• If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another player. Please inform the admins on Reclub once the transfer is arranged so we can update the slot accordingly.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the slot.
