​📌 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

​1. To be officially confirmed and tagged as "Paid," please UPLOAD a clear copy of your RECEIPT with reference number to the PAYMENTS TAB or EVENT GC.

2. Once the admin confirmed your payment, your request will be accepted. 1 entry per pair.

Please DO NOT upload receipts using direct/private messages. I receive many messages and it is difficult for me to determine which OP date to apply the payment.

​3. If you paid but didn't make the cut-off:
​Your payment can be applied to a future Open Play date ​or, you can request a full refund.

Confirmed slots are non-refundable but transferable. Please coordinate with us if you want to transfer your slot to a different person. No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Format: Social Doubles (Fixed pairing)
​Rotations: Managed via pickleq app
Matching Mode: Auto-Balanced
​Match: First to 11 points.
​Deuce: Sudden death at 11 points.
