🏓 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES & HOW TO JOIN
1. Check Slot Availability
Make sure there are available slots before sending payment.
2. Proceed with Payment
Once a slot is available, go to the Payment Tab and upload your proof of payment.
3. Cashless Transactions Only
Please send payment to our Gcash number as provided in the Payment Tab.
4. Slot Confirmation
Once your payment has been verified, your slot will be confirmed and secured.
5. Confirmed but Unpaid Slots
We may initially confirm your slot even without payment. However, your slot is not locked in until payment is received. Unpaid slots may be given to other players on the waitlist who send their payment first.
🚫 Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are discouraged. Players are advised to secure their slots in advance.
❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy
No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours before the Open Play.
✅ Check-In Upon Arrival
Upon arriving at Court Zero, please check in with our staff to confirm that your name is on the participants list.

Player Waiver and Release of Liability
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in pickleball, including games, tournaments, lessons, clinics, open play, and any other activities conducted at COURT ZERO("the Facility"), involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:
• Slips, trips, and falls
• Collisions with other players, equipment, fences, or court structures
• Muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other physical injuries
• Heat exhaustion, dehydration, or other medical emergencies
• Injuries resulting from negligence of other participants
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in activities at the Facility.
Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless COURT ZERO, its owners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage resulting from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Medical Treatment
I authorise COURT ZERO to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Physical Fitness
I certify that I am physically able to participate in pickleball activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before participating if I have any medical condition that could affect my safety.
Personal Property
I understand that the facility is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Rules and Conduct
I agree to:
• Follow all Facility rules and safety policies.
• Follow the instructions of coaches, staff, and event officials.
• Treat fellow players, staff, and visitors with courtesy and respect.
• Refrain from abusive language, harassment, violence, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Use the courts and equipment responsibly.
I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Facility without refund.
Photography and Media Release
I grant COURT ZERO permission to photograph or record me during activities and to use such photographs or recordings for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
