⛔ We will accommodate players who choose to pay in CASH at the event. However, once your slot has been confirmed and included during the session lineup, you are responsible for the corresponding fee. If you are unable to attend, payment is still required, as your reserved slot has already been allocated and may prevent another player from joining.

✅ You may transfer your slot to a player on the waitlist if you can no longer attend.

📸 After sending your payment, upload your payment screenshot or send it directly to the host or through chat option.

🔒 Your slot is confirmed only after payment has been received or confirmed by the organizers.

⛑️ INJURY DISCLAIMER
Players participate at their own risk. The Holy Dinkers team are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage before, during, or after the event.

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments are non-refundable, but your slot is transferable to another player or someone on the waitlist.

‼️STACKING AND ROTATION RULES‼️

We discourage asking for a fixed partner.

We use the PICKLEQ App to create fair and organized match rotations.

Once the games begin, partner changes or rotation changes will no longer be allowed, as we will strictly follow the schedule generated by the system.

See you on the court, dinkers! ♡
