Please be informed that instead of our original plan for a Halloween Mini Tournament with random pairings, we are changing the event to a **HALLOWEEN PARTY & OPEN PLAY!** 🎃

We want everyone to enjoy more games, meet different players, show off their Halloween costumes, and have a fun night together! 👻🏓

🏓 **🎮 OPEN PLAY FORMAT**

✅ Online stacking and match assignments through an open-play application
✅ **3 courts available from 6:00 PM to 12:00 MN**
✅ Matches are expected to move quickly, giving everyone more opportunities to play
✅ Pairings will be generated by the application based on the player information and ratings entered.

📌 **PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY!**

We need to check everyone in and encode their ratings into the application before play begins. Please provide your accurate ratings so the system can generate pairings as fairly as possible.

The goal is to keep the games organized, balanced, and enjoyable for everyone! 🏓

👥 **FIXED PAIRINGS POLICY**

Fixed pairings will only be allowed for players who can provide proof of official registration in an upcoming competition.

📸 **Accepted proof:** A screenshot showing your PAID competition registration.

❌ If you are only planning to join a competition but have not registered and paid yet, your request for a fixed pairing will not be accepted.

💰 **REGISTRATION FEE & CONFIRMATION**

The registration fee is **₱135 per head**, which will cover:

* Court rental for our 3 booked courts

* Medals and awards

* Other necessary event expenses

📌 **IMPORTANT PAYMENT UPDATE**

Since we have already booked 3 courts and want to avoid last-minute cancellations, all participants will temporarily be moved to **ON HOLD** status.

✅ Once your payment is received and verified, your status will be changed back to **CONFIRMED**.

⚠️ Sending your receipt does not automatically confirm your payment. Please wait for the organizers' confirmation that your payment has been verified and your status has been updated.

🏆 **GOOD NEWS!** If you are selected as one of the Top 3 Players or win Best in Costume, your ₱135 registration fee will be refunded!
