BPFC Open Play Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Confirmation Policy:

Official Members
✅All official club members will automatically be confirmed once they request a slot for the Open Play.

Non-Members
Non-members will be confirmed once they:
✅Settle the Open Play fee in advance; or
✅Send a message confirming their attendance and commitment to pay in cash on the day of the event.

Waitlist

Once all slots have been filled, succeeding requests will be placed on the waitlist. Waitlisted players will be confirmed only when slots become available.

Cancellation Policy:

Players who can no longer attend must click the "Can't Go" button no later than 10 hours before the scheduled Open Play.
If a confirmed player cancels within 10 hours of the event, the prescribed Open Play fee will still be charged.

However, if a replacement player is found for the vacated slot, the fee will be waived.
