Sunday Reset

Close the weekend on court. A mixed Americano session in the after-afternoon slot, private court inside the gym, rotating partners every round so the games stay fresh and the group stays moving. All welcome, beginner to upper-beginner (level 1.5 to 2.5).

Lose a round and the bottom pair takes a light Losers Lift on the strength floor beside the court. Nothing heavy, it might be wallballs, sled push/pull, sandbag lunges, or even burpee broad jump! Play winds down right as the court opens for evening booking, so if you want to keep going, the 18:00 hour is yours to grab.

Includes: 2-hour private court · ballboy/referee for the full session · match balls provided · drinking water (BYOB) · "I've Played at South Barn Reserve" finisher sticker
