Once you register for the event and are placed on the WAITLIST:

1. Open the Payment tab in Reclub.
2. Send the ₱250 entry fee to the GCash account provided.
3. Upload or send your proof of payment.
4. Wait for payment verification and confirmation from the Mother & Paddle organizers.

✅ Your slot is only CONFIRMED after your payment has been verified and your Reclub registration has been approved.

⚠️ Being on the waitlist does not automatically guarantee a slot.

Slots are limited to 36 players and will be confirmed based on verified payment and organizer approval.

Please make sure the name used for your payment matches your Reclub registered name whenever possible.

Note: The GCash account may be under a different name from the event organizer.

No payment = no confirmed slot.


📌 RECLUB REMINDERS

🧾 Waitlist → GCash Payment → Accepted

Cash payments will only be accepted if there are available slots remaining on the day.

🔄 Slots are transferable to another player for the same Open Play but are non-refundable.


⏱️ GAME FORMAT & TIME LIMIT

• Doubles / Mixed Doubles format
• Maximum of 15 minutes per game
• First team to 11 points win (No deuce)
• If the 15-minute limit is reached, finish the current rally and the team with the higher score wins
• If the score is tied when time expires, one deciding point will be played
• All 4 players rotate off after each game to keep court time fair for everyone

By signing up in our club's event, all players acknowledge and agree that they are voluntarily participating in this activity and assume full responsibility on all inherent risks.

The organizers, staff, and venue shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, and/or health issues that may occur during the event.

The player warrants that they are physically and in good health to participate fully.

Also, our club will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

🚫 NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED

Drinking liquor or alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited before or during the game.
