Open Play Guidelines:

• Payment should be settled before you are confirmed to play.

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before game time to give other players a chance to prepare and take the slot.

• If you can’t make it, you may transfer your slot to a friend or another player but please inform the organizers in advance and let us know who will take your place.

• Cancellations and no shows are non-refundable.
