📌Win/Win and Lose/Lose Paddle Stacking — players will be grouped according to the stacking format.
📌As much as possible, NO FIXED DOUBLES! Let’s mix and match so everyone gets to play with different people. Basin diay, maka-interact ka sa tanan ug basin makakita pa kag mahimong uyab! 😂

Payment Guidelines:
1. Settle your registration fee to confirm your reserved slot.
2. After payment, send a screenshot of your receipt in the chat or payment section for verification.
3. Once all 20 slots are filled, additional players will be placed on the waitlist.
4. If the session is full, please wait for confirmation that a slot has opened before sending payment.

🚫NO-SHOW POLICY
📌Reserved slots are non-refundable for no-shows.
📌Players with outstanding unpaid balances must settle them before joining future events.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
📌Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the session starts.
📌Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the event require a replacement player. Otherwise, you remain responsible for the slot fee.

🙌 PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
📌Players are responsible for their own belongings, paddles, and equipment.
📌Organizers and venue management will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
