🏐 IVI Junior Training Session

Hosted by: International Volleyball Ireland (IVI)

👥 Who can join:
This session is open to junior players aged 7 to 16, of all skill levels — from complete beginners to those with prior volleyball experience.

🎯 What to expect:

Warm-up and skill-building drills (serving, passing, setting, spiking)

Small-group coaching with IVI’s qualified coaches

Team games and fun challenges

Emphasis on teamwork, coordination, and confidence on court


🧢 What to bring:

Comfortable sportswear (preferably dry-fit or breathable fabric)

Indoor court shoes

Water bottle

Plenty of energy and enthusiasm! 😄
