• PLEASE WAIT TO BE WAITLISTED BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.
• Once your payment is verified, your slot will be marked Confirmed.

• Please arrive 5 minutes early to help us start on time.
• If you're running late, kindly let us know in the group chat.
• Practice good sportsmanship and respect fellow players.
• Rotate partners and opponents as assigned.
• Help maintain a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
• Keep the courts clean before leaving.

‼️ CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify the organizers at least 6 hours before the session if you're unable to attend so your slot can be offered to another player.

Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your priority for future sessions.

💳 REFUND POLICY

Payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player. Please inform the organizers in advance so we can update the player list.
