🥒🏓 PICKLE CREW OPEN PLAY POLICY 🏓🥒

1. Payment Method

* Payment is GCash only. No other payment methods will be accepted.
* Please upload your receipt under the Payment tab.
* For plus-one payments, both players’ names must be clearly indicated on the receipt. If you already submitted a receipt and later add a plus-one, please send it directly to the admins instead of re-uploading to avoid overwriting your first submission.

2. Confirmation of Slot

* A slot is only confirmed once payment is made.
* If you are still on the “Request” list, please DO NOT PAY YET.
* Confirmed = Paid.

3. Waitlist Policy

* Do not send payment unless you are officially moved to the waitlist and instructed to do so.
* Waitlisted players must pay immediately once notified to secure their slot. Unpaid slots will not be held.
* If the event is full, please message the admins so you can be added to the waitlist.

4. Request Policy

* Requests are not considered confirmed and must not be paid until approved and moved to the waitlist.

5. Refund & Transfer Policy

* All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Payments may be transferred to another player only with organizer approval.

6. Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation is not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled play.
* No-shows will forfeit their payment.

7. Voucher Claiming Policy 🎟️

* A maximum of 2 players per Open Play meet are allowed to claim a voucher.
* Voucher claims are subject to availability and must be claimed according to the instructions provided by the admins.
* Once the maximum of 2 voucher claimants has been reached for a meet, no additional voucher claims will be accepted for that event.

8. General Rules

* By joining, players agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
* Balls will be provided during open play. Please return the ball to the court after each game for the next players.

⚠️ Slots that remain unpaid 24 hours before the scheduled Open Play will be temporarily reserved, and priority will be given to players who have already completed payment.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Balls are provided (one per court), but players are encouraged to bring their own as backup. If a provided ball becomes damaged, players must use their own.
