✅ Only paid participants will be approved
If you paid but slots are already full, your payment will be refunded

❎ Do not come unless your name has been confirmed

➡️ Fee is non-refundable once confirmed, but you may freeze your slot up to 12 hours before play and reschedule for future use ONCE WITHIN THE SAME MONTH OF PAYMENT.

➡️ Payments are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled for NO SHOW players.

➡️ On-site payment is only available to previous players, to prevent cancellations and to ensure slots are given to those who are certain about playing. If you do not show up to the event or if you cancel on the same day, you are still required to pay the full open-play fee.
