🎾 GAME FORMAT
🔹 First Court – Open Play
We’ll start with Open Play so everyone can warm up and get comfortable on the court.
🔄 After the first court – Balanced Stacking
The succeeding games will use Balanced Stacking, where players are mixed through rotations to help ensure fair and balanced playtime for everyone.

This means everyone gets the chance to play with and against different players throughout the session. 💚

📝 HOW TO JOIN
1️⃣ Request to join the event on Reclub.
2️⃣ Wait until your status shows “WAITLISTED.”
3️⃣ Send your ₱75 payment via GCash or Bank Transfer.
4️⃣ Upload your payment receipt in the Payment section of Reclub.
5️⃣ Once your payment is verified, your slot is officially confirmed. ✅

📌 EVENT RULES
✅ Slots are on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
✅ Your registration is confirmed only after payment verification.
❌ Payments are non-refundable.
✅ If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to a player on the waitlist.
✅ Please inform the organizers as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
🏓 Bring your own paddle.
⏰ Please arrive 10 minutes before the event starts.
👟 Wear proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes.
🤝 Practice good sportsmanship, respect fellow players, and help keep the games fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY
❌ Registration fees are non-refundable.
✅ If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player on the waitlist.
📢 Please notify the host in advance with the name of the replacement player.
