🏓 Pickleball Ladder Game Rules
• 29 players
• Court assignment follows a continuous rotation from Court 1 to Court 4, based on order of acceptance.
• Court 1 = Top Ladder | Court 4 = Lowest Ladder
• 4 in, 4 out: Follow the paddle queue at the bench beside each court.

🏆 After Each Game
• Winner: Move up one court. Court 1 winners stay.
• Challenger: Move down one court. Court 4 challengers stay.

Examples:
• Court 3 winner → Court 2
• Court 2 challenger → Court 3

🤝 Partners & Queue
• Rotate partners as much as possible.
• Fixed partners are welcome.
• Follow the paddle queue and be ready when it’s your turn.
