🤙 RESERVE FIRST, PAY AFTER

To keep things smooth and fair for everyone, we follow a Reserve First, Pay After system.

BEFORE THE PAYMENT CUTOFF — RESERVATION PERIOD
You can reserve a slot without paying immediately. Once your request is approved and you are placed on the Confirmed List, your slot is reserved for you until the payment cutoff.

⏰ Payment Cutoff: Every Wednesday at 12:00 PM

AFTER THE PAYMENT CUTOFF — UNPAID SLOTS WILL BE VACATED
Once the cutoff time has passed, all confirmed players who have not yet paid will have their slots vacated. These available slots will then be offered to players on the Waiting List.


👉HOW TO CLAIM A VACATED SLOT

If you are on the Waiting List and a slot becomes available, you may secure it by following these steps:

1. 💬 Message “MINE” after the admin posts the available slot in the Open Play activity chat room.

2. ✅ Wait for the admin to confirm your claim. Once confirmed, you may proceed with the payment and upload your payment receipt in the Payment tab

📌 Slots will be given to the first player who successfully claims and secures the available slot.

🚫 No Walk-ins

We follow a player limit to maintain smooth rotations and quality gameplay. If you do not have a confirmed slot, please avoid walk-ins.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

Payments are non refundable, but your slot is transferable. If someone takes your slot, kindly notify the admin so we can update the list accordingly.
