📍 Session Info
•Courts: 3, 4, 7, and 8
•Queue Managers: Camille or Ed
•Capacity: Max 10–12 players per court

💰 Rates & Reservation Fee:
•₱200 (Covers court and entrance).
•Game Fee: ₱30 per game played.

💳 Slot Booking & Entry

✅How to Pay: Join the event, then send your payment using the Upload Receipt option in the payment tab OR DM the admin with a screenshot.

✅Verification Required: Sending payment does NOT automatically mean your slot is confirmed. You must wait for the admin to verify your transaction.

✅Confirmed Players Only: You can only play once your payment is verified and confirmed in the app.

🛑Waitlist Restriction: Waitlisted players cannot join the session until a slot opens and is officially confirmed.
🛑No walk-ins allowed

🚶‍♂️ Venue Check-In Process (Upon Arrival)

📋Front Desk: Confirm your attendance by writing your name on the sheet at the front desk.

🪄Find the QM Table: Approach Camille or Ed at the organizers' table.

📋Get Queued: Inform the QM so they can officially add your name to the active queuing rotation.

⚠️ Strict Cancellation Policy Deadline: ❌Cancellations must be made on or before Friday at 6:00 PM.
❌Late Cancel / No-Show: Fees are strictly non-refundable after the Friday 6 PM deadline.

Emergencies: For late cancellations, you can find a replacement player to take your slot for this session only.
✅Non-Transferable: Paid slots cannot be credited or rolled over to a future session.
✅Guest Policy: The same rules apply to your guests.
