🕤 Arrive not later than 9:30 AM for guaranteed

❌ Cancellation of your reserved spot must be done not later than 12 hours before start of the meet (7:30pm Thursday) to make way for participants on the wait list to join.

🗓️ Re-scheduling is permitted if you notify us on time.

🔀 Paid slot is transferrable to a substitute player.

🔁 NO refund is allowed.
