To make slot reservations fair for everyone, we are implementing a payment-first policy. This ensures that available slots are reserved for players who have confirmed their commitment to play by completing their payment.

• Please do NOT pay if there are no open slots on the confirmed list.
• Your slot will only be confirmed once proof of payment has been uploaded.
• If you are bringing a Plus One, their proof of payment must also be uploaded.

OPEN PLAY Cancellation Policy

The court owner reserves the right to cancel an OPEN PLAY session if the number of registered players is less than half of the maximum capacity for the court, particularly when the court is needed for a reservation.

However, if there are only a few players registered and there are no court reservations, the OPEN PLAY session will still proceed as scheduled.
