🔔 PAY-BEFORE-PLAY POLICY

1. Reserve your slot via Reclub.
2. All players will initially be approved. However, approval does not guarantee a confirmed slot.
3. Your slot is only confirmed once your payment has been received and verified.
4. Send your proof of payment in the group chat or upload it under the Payment Receipt tab for verification.
5. If the meet reaches capacity, unpaid players may be moved to the waitlist to give way to players who still wish to join and are ready to secure their slots.
6. Slots are confirmed on a first-pay, first-confirmed basis.
7. Only players with verified payment will be included in the final player list and allowed to play.

⚠️ IMPORTANT
• Registration alone does not guarantee a confirmed slot.
• Walk-ins will only be accommodated if slots are available.
• Paid slots are non-refundable but may be transferred to another player for the same event. Payments cannot be transferred to a different play date.
