4. Once payment is verified the host will confirm your slot and move you to Confirmed Players list.
5. Arrive & Check in with admin

7. Bringing a +1 pay in one transaction or seperately. Just message the admin for the name to confirm the slot.

❌Cancellation/Refund & Weather Policy❌
👉Late Arrivals & No shows are non-refundable.
👉Cancellation and rescheduling are allowed up to 12 hours before the session. Late cancellations are non-refundable and cannote be rescheduled. This allows us to offer the slot to other players.
👉Refunds due to bad weather
Before the game start:
•Rain (Full Refund)
If the game has already started:
•Completed 1-2 hours game - Refund 50%
•Completed 3 hours up to the time limit of the schedule game - NO REFUND

Game Rules:
📌Games are Race to 11 only. Strictly NO DEUCE
📌30 seconds warm-up only before the game start.
📌Player rotation is managed through PickleQ
📌To keep the open play fair and balanced, locked-ins are not allowed. Partner request is allowed for up to 2 games only.

Reminder:
•Bring your own paddle- Don't have yet? No worries we have a few paddles you can rent for only ₱50.
•Stay hydrated. Bring your own tumbler. We have a free water refill and ice at the venue.
•Wear your comfortable shoes.
•Spacious Parking at the venue message the groud admin to reserve your slot.

•Walk-ins are welcome if slots are available. Pre-booked players are priority.
