How to Join:
1️⃣ Request to join a meet
2️⃣ Pay court fee via GCash: 0926 039 4060 - John
3️⃣ Upload receipt in the "Payment" tab
4️⃣ Wait for admin approval

If Slots Are Full:
Refund issued, or apply your payment to another scheduled meet — just request a slot for that date.

Cancellations:
❌ No refunds for cancelling.

✅ You can sell your slot to a waitlisted or substitute player and collect payment directly from them.

🕒 Inform admin before 12NN on play day — include who's taking your slot. Late notice may be declined.

🔁 Admin swaps the roster once the replacement is confirmed. Sub/waitlist player can only play after that confirmation.

🚨 No replacement found = payment goes to club fund.
