PAY BEFORE PLAY (For Outsiders)
- Submit a join request
- Once waitlisted, check if there's still slot on the confirmed list
- Pay the fee and upload the receipt on the tab
- If you have additional guest, coordinate with the organizers

DO NOT pay if there are no open slots on the confirmed list.

GET CONFIRMED FAST: If you are 100% sure that you will come and are ready to process your payment, kindly coordinate with organizers. We will add you immediately on the confirmed list while we are waiting for your receipt to be uploaded.

RATING REQUIREMENT: If you do not have a DUPR rating, or if your updated self rating is within this event's category, kindly coordinate with the organizers.

EVENT CANCELLATION: Minimum of 15 players. Organizers might choose to cancel the event due to weather or any unforeseen event. Announcements will be made accordingly before the event schedule.

REFUND POLICY: In case of event cancellation or failure to attend the event due to other reasons, you may use it on another open play schedule.

GAME SETUP
- One game per round
- Play to 11 points SIDEOUT SCORING (win by 2)
- 15-minute limit (including warmup)
- If time expires and scores are tied, next point wins
- Approach the QM for recording of scores

ROTATION & MOVEMENT
- Winners move to
- Losers move to
- On your next game, you must play against your previous partner

PLAYER ETIQUETTE
- Treat all skill levels with courtesy
- Keep competitive intensity healthy
- Call the score loudly before every serve
- Respect all line calls
- Return stray balls properly to the other court
- Avoid negative remarks toward yourself, partners or opponents
- Refrain from offering unsolicited advice. While well-intentioned, everyone enjoys the game more when they are free to play their own way. Save the advice for after the game, unless a fellow player specifically asks for your feedback

***WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the use of the facilities, equipment, and services of Idesia Pickleball Club (FACILITY), I agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I acknowledge and fully understand that participation in pickleball and other recreational activities at the Facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, heat stroke and potential exposure to communicable diseases, I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Idesia Pickleball Club, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities for any injury, disability, death, or damage to person or property that may arise from or in connection with my use of the Facility or participation in any Facility-related activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Idesia Pickleball Club and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of my participation in any activity at the Facility.

MEDICAL TREATMENT:
In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable by the Facility staff or emergency responders. I understand that I am responsible for all associated costs.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE:
I grant permission for the Facility to use photographs or video taken of me for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

RULES AND CONDUCT
I agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations of the Facility and to follow the instructions of Facility staff at all times.
