• If there are still open slots, first to pay from the waitlisted players will be confirmed (wait for the organizer’s before paying)
• Upload your payment receipt in the payment tab
• Payments are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future Open Play session (subject to approval)
• Please inform the organizers at least 6 hours before the event if you are unable to attend. Short-notice cancellations may affect eligibility for credits or payment flexibility.

🎾 Pickleballs will be provided per court. If a ball was damaged during play, players may be asked to provide their own replacement ball.
