🌟 Host reserves the right to change the game format or cancel the session and refund accordingly if the session does not meet expected amount of players. The host may add/reduce courts based on the number of players joining.🌟

⚠️ Minimum skill requirements:
- Serve the ball confidently
- Capable of sustaining rallies
- ⁠Understand pickleball rules

🕹️ Ladder Game Format
- 7 players per court
- 15 point rally scoring
- ⁠Serve to win at 14-14
- First round:
Players may enter any court.
- Second round onwards:
Winners move up one court (eg 4>3)
Losers moves down one court (eg 3>4)
After moving, players split and stack for the next round.

Court 4 (lowest, stack if keep losing)
Court 3
Court 2
Court 1 (highest, stack if keep winning)

Winner pair 🏆 in the final court get CASH VOUCHER for following week ladder session!

📋 How to Join
1. Submit a request to join. Your status will be shown as REQUESTED. (Please do not make payment).

2. Once approved by the host, your status will be changed to WAITLISTED. (Please proceed to make payment).

3. Make payment within 24 hours to secure your spot (first come first serve). Once confirmed, your status will be CONFIRMED.

4. If the session is full, your status will be updated to ON HOLD at step 2 (Please do not make payment).

Note: The host reserves the right to approve participants based on skill level, availability, or other considerations.

🔒 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
1. Contact the host, Calven for cancellation and refund at least 1 day in advance.

2. 24 hours freeze applied before the session: no cancellation or refunds will be accepted.

3. Players who book but fail to show up without prior notice will be banned from future sessions.
