SST SOCIAL 3HRS OP BEGINNER - LOW INTERMEDIATE (ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME)

This meet is beginner to low intermediate skill level, self rating. Beginners are welcome. We are beginner-friendly yet competitive, ensuring everyone gets a great game!

Here are the details for our upcoming club meet:

🏆 Event: SST SOCIAL 3HRS OP BEGINNER - LOW INTERMEDIATE (ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME)
📅 Date: October 11, 2026 (Sunday)
⏰ Time & Court Schedule:
Court 3 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Court 1 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
👥 Player Limit: Strictly 12 slots only! (First come, first served)
📍 Location/Venue: The 3rd Shot Homecourt, 1238 Gen. Jacinto St, Makati City, Metro Manila.
💸 Registration Fee: ₱ 260.00

🎒 Equipment & Rentals:
Free use of pickleballs is included.
Club paddles are available for rent Php 50 only. (2 paddles available, first come, first served).

• Play hard, but always play fair.
• Bring a positive attitude — good vibes make better games.
• Parking(first come, first serve). We highly encourage to come early or carpooling or using Grab/Angkas when possible.

👥 Format: OPEN PLAY * FAST ROTATION * MORE GAMES
Rotation Strategy: Win or lose paddle stacking. Special groupings must allow 1 turn skip behind their turn.
Scoring Rules: Race to 11 points. If the score reaches a 10-10 tie, sudden death is applied(next point wins the match) .

📝Please take note of our joining guidelines:
🔹 Instant Approval: All players are automatically approved upon joining the event.
🔹 Payment Policy: Unpaid players will be moved to the waitlist once player slots are nearly full to give priority to confirmed bookings.
Check slots – Make sure there are still available slots out of the 12 spots. If you’re requested or waitlisted, you can pay as long as slots are open.
Send payment – Transfer the fee to one of the posted accounts.
Confirm your slot – UPLOAD your poof of payment under "Payment" tab. We’ll confirm your slot right after.

REMINDERS
By joining, you agree to the following:

No refunds for cancellations. Only re-scheduling is allowed. Please inform the organizer within 24 hours.
Slot Transfers: If you cannot make it, you are allowed to transfer your slot specifically to players who are currently on the waitlist.
Behavior: The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone displaying disruptive or unsportsmanlike behavior.
