Join us for a fun, friendly, and beginner-friendly pickleball session! Whether you're just starting or already have some playing experience, everyone is welcome!

**📋 OFFICIAL SESSION PROTOCOLS**

**I. GAMEPLAY & SCORING**
- Matches are played to 11 points (No Deuce).
- Standard Winner/Loser rotation will be implemented for fair court rotation.

**II. REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION**
- Registration is confirmed only upon payment.
- Slots are allocated on a First-to-Pay basis.
- All payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Proof of payment must be uploaded via the designated Payment Tab.

**III. CODE OF CONDUCT**
- Practice good sportsmanship and make honest line calls.
- Observe proper court etiquette, including efficient ball retrieval and prompt transitions.
- Harassment, verbal abuse, or unsafe play will result in immediate removal without a refund.

**IV. LIABILITY WAIVER**

By participating, players voluntarily assume the risks associated with pickleball. Organizers, venue management, and affiliates shall be held free and harmless from liability arising from:
1. Physical injuries or medical emergencies.
2. Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

**V. PRIVACY & MEDIA POLICY**
- Participation constitutes consent to photography and video recording for event documentation and promotional purposes.
- Photos and videos may be used for event recaps and social media promotions.
- No personal data will be shared.
- Players who wish to opt out of media coverage must inform the organizer before the session starts.
