✨Dinktopia cancellation policy:

All bookings at Dinktopia are non-refundable once confirmed.
- If a player cancels, they may:
• Coordinate directly with a waitlisted player to take over the slot and collect reimbursement personally, or
• Assign a substitute player to take the slot.
*Refund requests may be considered only if the session is fully booked and you were unable to use your confirmed slot. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the organizers.

- If no replacement is found, the payment will be forfeited.


A waitlisted or substitute player may only play after admin confirmation.
