• Once waitlisted, complete the payment
• Upload your RECEIPT under the PAYMENT TAB
• Your slot will be confirmed after verification
• If the session becomes full, your payment may be applied to a future session

🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy
• No refunds for cancellations
• If slots are full, payments are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session
• If you cannot attend, you may find a replacement player
• Replacement payments must be handled directly between players
• Please inform the admin for replacement approval
