💳 1. Strict "Payment First" Policy
To prevent last-minute cancellations and ensure everyone who wants to play gets a spot, we are implementing a strict Pre-Payment Policy:

🉑Pay to Secure Your Spot: Your slot on the Reclub attendee list is not confirmed until payment is received.

🚫No Refunds for Late Cancellations unless someone from the waitlist takes your spot.

📋 2. Open Play Rules & Court Regulations
To ensure maximum playtime and smooth transitions, please follow these court rules during Open Play:

🥒Warm-Up Limit: Limit your on-court warm-up to a maximum of 2 minutes so we can get matches started quickly.

✅Standard Game Format: All matches are played to 11 points (sudden death).

🤝 3. Sportsmanship & Community
In/Out Calls: Respect your opponents' line calls. If a call is too close to call or disputed, replay the point.

Inclusivity: Open Play is about community! Be welcoming to players of all skill levels. Share tips, play fair, and keep the energy positive.
