‼️ READ BEFORE PAYING ‼️

1. Request to join using your own Reclub account.
2. If slots are available, send a separate ₱150 payment per player.
3. Upload your proof directly on Reclub.
4. Slots are based on payment upload time, not GCash payment time.
5. Only players marked “Confirmed” have secured slots.

One account = One payment = One player = One slot

❌ No “+1” registrations
❌ No combined group payments
❌ No duplicate receipts

One GCash account may pay for several players, but each player needs a separate transaction and unique receipt.

Proof sent through private message or shown onsite will not be processed. Only proofs uploaded on Reclub will be accepted.

⚠️ Once slots reach 30/30, DO NOT PAY.

If full or unsure, message the admin before paying. Payments sent after capacity is reached are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be credited to another schedule.

STRICT POLICY

* No cancellation or refund
* No-show means payment forfeited
* Arrival over one hour late is considered a no-show
* Transfers or replacements require admin approval before the session
* Only management or an authorized admin may issue or approve credits
* Credits are normally issued only when TPB cancels due to weather or court maintenance

The number of games is not guaranteed. Arriving late does not extend the session. Please follow the onsite team’s queueing, paddle-stacking and game cut-off instructions.

Sending payment means you have read and accepted these rules.
