PLAYER LEVELS & RATINGS

Declare your self-rating or DUPR rating upon registration:

• Beginner: NR–2.99
• Intermediate: 3.00–3.99
• Advanced: 4.00 and above

NR means Not Rated. Unrated players should declare their playing experience for appropriate grouping.

PLAYER IDENTIFICATION STICKERS

We will provide color-coded stickers based on your assigned skill level:

🟡 Yellow — Beginner
🔵 Blue — Intermediate
🔴 Red — Advanced

Please wear your sticker visibly throughout the session to help the queuing master organize matchups and player rotations.

GAME FORMAT

• Beginner vs. Beginner
• Beginner vs. Intermediate
• Intermediate vs. Intermediate
• Advanced vs. Advanced

OPEN PLAY RULES

1. Check in upon arrival and declare your skill level and rating honestly.
2. Follow the queuing master’s assignments for matchups, court placement, and rotation.
3. Player grouping is subject to assessment. The queuing master may adjust your assigned level based on observed play.
4. Beginner–intermediate games will be arranged according to player readiness.
5. Respect the queue. No skipping turns or entering games without an assignment. Be ready when called.
6. Rotate off after each game and rejoin the queue.
7. Follow the announced scoring format and game limit.
8. Practice good sportsmanship. Make honest line calls, respect fellow players, and encourage beginners.

PAYMENT & SLOT CONFIRMATION

Payment first. First paid, first confirmed. Your slot is secured only after the admin verifies your full ₱300 payment and adds your name to the confirmed list. Sending your name or expressing interest alone does not reserve a slot.

How to confirm your slot:

1. Check slot availability with the admin before paying.
2. Tap the Payment section to proceed, or send ₱300 via GCash to:

3. Submit your proof of payment, together with your full name, intended Thursday session date, and self-rating or DUPR rating, through the Payment section or directly to the admin.
4. Wait for admin verification and confirmation that your name has been added to the confirmed list.

For payments covering multiple players, include each player’s name and rating.

CANCELLATION & SLOT TRANSFERS

• Cancellations within 24 hours before the session are not allowed. Your payment will be forfeited if you cancel during this period.
• You may sell or transfer your slot to another player, subject to admin approval. Notify the admin and obtain approval before confirming the replacement.
