🏓 OPEN PLAY FORMAT
• Games are played to 11 points.
• Sudden death applies if tied at 10–10.
• First serve will be determined through play-for-serve.
• Standard pickleball rules apply.
• Players are expected to make honest and fair line calls.
• Please respect your partners, opponents, court assignments, and playing time.

⭐ ROTATION & MATCHING
Rotations and partners will be arranged using PickleQ ratings whenever possible to help keep matches balanced and enjoyable.

💳 PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are non-refundable once the slot is confirmed. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another player after informing the organizer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release RLE Smashers, its organizers, volunteers, and event partners from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks of participation.

In a medical emergency, participants authorize the organizers and qualified persons present to provide reasonable first aid, CPR, use of an AED when available, and to contact emergency medical services.

By registering and participating, players confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.
