PickleBean Open Play Session (Beginners)
Welcome to our Open Play sessions! To keep things smooth, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, please review our club guidelines below:
1. Pay First Policy
Payment must be completed first before your slot is officially secured.
This ensures confirmed attendance, proper player management, and fair slot allocation. Unpaid slots may be opened to other interested players.
GCash QR code is in the chatroom.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the start of the open play session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of your slot, as it may be difficult to fill on short notice.
3. Open Play Duration / Number of Courts
Open Play runs for 4 hours, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full session and help maintain organized rotations.
We will be utilizing 1 court for this open play session.
4. Player Rotation & Format
* Ladder Style Play via PickleQ App
Matches and player rotations will be managed through the PickleQ app using a ladder-style format to promote balanced and competitive games.
5. Maximum Number of Players
Open Play is limited to a maximum of 12 players per session.
This player cap helps maintain quality gameplay, balanced rotations, and reasonable wait times for all participants.
6. BYOB - Bring Your Own Ball
