💰 Estimated Fee: ₱700/player

🎾 MATCH FORMAT
* Doubles matches only
* Race to 4 games, sudden death
* Rotating partners and opponents so everyone gets a fair chance to play with and against different players

* Be courteous and respectful to everyone on court.
* Keep things welcoming, supportive, and sportsmanlike.
* Encourage one another, whatever your level.
* Be mindful of court time so everyone gets to play.
* Friendly competition only. Play hard, have fun, and enjoy the company.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING
* Your own tennis racket
* Water or your preferred hydration drink
* Extra shirt and towel

🌧️ RAIN & CANCELLATION POLICY
If the weather doesn’t cooperate: If bad weather prevents us from playing, the session will be cancelled and rescheduled. If you can’t make the new schedule, you may opt for a full refund.

If your plans change:
* 24 hours or more before the session: Full refund
* Within 24 hours of the session: No refund, but your slot is transferable. You’re welcome to find a replacement player.

📸 PHOTO OP
We may take a group photo after the session for the C’est la Volée profile. By joining, you acknowledge that photos may be taken and posted. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let the organizer know beforehand.

⏰ A QUICK NOTE
* Please arrive a few minutes early so we can make the most of our time on court.
* If your plans change, kindly inform the organizer at least a day ahead whenever possible.

🎾 HOW TO JOIN
1. Click Request to Join and wait for approval.
2. Once waitlisted, check the PAYMENT tab for payment instructions.
3. Send your payment via GCash and upload or send your proof of payment.
4. Slots are confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. With only 8 spots available, early confirmation is encouraged!
