To join the open play:
☑️ Request to join
☑️ When your status shows as waitlisted, you can go ahead and send your payment
☑️ Upload the receipt in the payment section for each schedule. We discourage sending receipts via private messages or chat to help avoid confusion and delays.

Reminder:
☑️ No confirmed slot, no play
☑️ No-show or cancellations are non-refundable
☑️ Message the organizer before the schedule if you wish to transfer your slot, including the name of the person taking your slot, for approval
☑️ For questions and inquiries, send the organizer a quick message
☑️ Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a slot. Slots are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis. Once it’s full, we’ll send an update in the chat.

⚠️ Friendly reminder: payment first, play later! It keeps things smooth, avoids court-side detective work, and saves us from asking, “Wait… who still hasn’t paid?” 😂

See you all on the court!
