🏓 HOW TO JOIN

1. SEND A JOIN REQUEST
Select Join Request on the Open Play event in Reclub.

2. SECURE YOUR SLOT
• Open Play Fee: ₱150/person
• Payment is through Bank Transfer. Please check the group chat for the account details.
• After completing your payment, send your proof of payment in the group chat.

3. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION
Once your payment has been verified by the organizer, your name will be added to the CONFIRMED list.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR SLOT. No payment means no slot and no play.

• No refunds or rescheduling unless announced or approved by the organizer. Payment is valid only for the Open Play date you registered for.

• If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another player. Please inform us through the group chat so we can update the list.

• STRICTLY NO WALK-INS. Only players who have completed payment and are on the CONFIRMED list will be allowed to join.

• LIMITED SLOTS ONLY. We keep the player count manageable so everyone gets a good amount of playing time and doesn’t have to wait too long between games.
