• Failure to pay AT LEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR to the session may result in players being put on hold to give way to others wanting to play.
• If there are still spots available for this session and you back out within this 48-hour window, you will not be refunded.
• If the maximum headcount is reached and you back out within 48 hours, we will apply your payment towards your next attendance “IF” you or we find a player to replace you.
