PAYMENT DETAILS

• Court capacity: 2 courts, maximum of 20 players
• Bring your own paddle.
• Paddle rental is available for 100 each. Please inform the organizers in advance if you need to rent one.
• Complimentary snacks will be provided.

NO PAYMENT, NO PLAY.

HOW TO SECURE YOUR SLOT

1. Request to join the Open Play session.
2. Pay the Open Play fee.
3. Upload your proof of payment in the Payment tab.
4. Wait for confirmation from the organizers.

Slots are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis. Requesting to join does not guarantee your slot. Only paid and confirmed players are guaranteed a spot.

HOUSE RULES

• All payments are non-refundable.
• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another player. Please inform the organizers of any changes.
• Slots are non-shareable. One player, one paddle, one slot.
• Respect your fellow players, the organizers, and the venue.
• Be fair, take turns, and help maintain a welcoming environment for beginners.
