📢 ADVANCED OPEN PLAY: IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Hi, Dink Fam! 👋

To maintain the competitive standard of our Advanced Open Play sessions, we would like to remind everyone of the following guidelines:

1. DUPR RATING REQUIREMENT
We will be stricter in accepting players with a DUPR rating below 3.5. If your rating is below 3.5, please ask a regular participant of our Advanced Open Play to vouch for your skill level. If Coach Kent is not yet familiar with your game, feel free to message him directly for approval.

2. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Please wait until your registration is marked as Accepted or Waitlisted before uploading your payment. Kindly avoid sending payments before your status is confirmed.

3. CANCELLATION DEADLINE
The cutoff for cancellations or notifying us that you can no longer attend is 3:00 PM on the day of the session.

Please be mindful of this deadline. Late cancellations or failure to notify us will require payment, as your slot has been reserved and may go unused, preventing another player from taking your place.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our sessions competitive, organized, and fair for everyone. Thank you for understanding and for being part of the Dink Fam!

See you on the courts! 🏓
