💰 ₱150 per player
👥 Maximum 30 players across 3 courts

Unrated and first-time DUPR players are welcome! Come solo—no fixed partner needed.

🏓 HOW TO JOIN
1. Request to join this Open Play session on Reclub.
2. Once placed on the waitlist, pay in advance to secure your slot.
3. Send ₱150 via GCash to 09565978289 (JO*N KI***N M..), or see the payment tab for other bank details.
4. Submit your proof of payment through the group chat (GC) or payment tab.
5. Your slot is confirmed only after the organizer verifies your payment.

🗒️ MATCH FORMAT & DETAILS
• Bring your own paddle. Balls will be provided.
• Doubles (2 vs 2), with changing partners after each game.
• Players will be grouped by estimated skill level for balanced matches. Organizers may adjust group assignments.
• First to 11, win by 1—sudden death at 10–10.
• Traditional side-out scoring: only the serving team scores.
• No “play-for-serve.” Use one round of bato-bato-pick to decide which team serves first. Repeat if tied. The winning team serves first, starting at 0–0–2.
• Warm-up is allowed only before your first game, for 1–2 minutes.
• Managed via Insta-Courts—please follow the queue and game assignments to keep rotation fair and smooth.
• All four players rotate out after each game and wait for their next assigned match.
• Both teams must confirm the final score and report it immediately to the organizer.

📲 DUPR REQUIREMENTS
• Create your personal DUPR account and connect it to Reclub before the event.
• Complete any additional DUPR linking requested for Insta-Courts.
• Unrated players are welcome—NR does not automatically mean beginner.
• Completed, eligible matches will be submitted to DUPR and count toward your rating.

❗ POLICIES & REMINDERS
• Arrive at 7 PM for check-in and briefing. Games start at 7:30 PM.
• Be ready when your assigned game is called.
• If you wish to withdraw, you may find a replacement. Inform the organizer so registration and player details can be updated.
• Your replacement must complete the required DUPR setup before playing.
• Play fairly, call lines honestly, and resolve disagreements respectfully. Ask the organizer for assistance when needed.

• Play safe, play smart! Participation is at your own risk.
• Players are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the games.
• The organizers and the club are not liable for injuries or accidents during the meet, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
