Welcome to the Big Dink Energy x Pickleboo! Collaboration Event
We’re bringing our vibrant grassroots spirit of Borneo to Semenanjung, pickleball style!
Get ready for a thrilling showdown where East meets West. Enjoy authentic Bornean eats while battling it out on the court for your team.
16 Teams. 64 Players. 1 Epic Dreambreaker.

🔘 Rules and Regulations:

• Only members of PickleBoo! 👻 on Reclub are allowed to join. If you haven't joined yet, please do so using Reclub ID:
• Each team must consist of 4 players (2 men and 2 women)
• The total DUPR doubles rating per team must not exceed 13.0
• Players without a rating (NR) will automatically be assigned a 3.0 rating
• Each team must consist of at least one player with Borneo heritage (Sabahan or Sarawakian)
• All players must arrive on time during the event
• Failure to be present when a team match is called will be deemed a walkover


🔘 Team Dreambreaker Format Rules:

1. Group Assignment
• Each team will be placed into a group of 8 teams via a draw.
• All matches follow a round-robin format, where each team plays 7 matches within their group.

2. Match Format
• Each match is played to 30 points using rally scoring.
• The team that reaches 30 points first wins the match.
• Doubles Format (MXD, MD and WD)

3. Rotation Rules
• Rotation at 10-point intervals: When either team reaches 10 and 20 points, both teams must rotate their current pair and substitute with a new pair.
• No consecutive segments: A pair cannot play back-to-back 10-point segments but may return for the final segment (20–30 points).
• Each team is allowed a maximum of two substitutions per match.

➡️ Additional Rule:
• Only ONE player is allowed to play consecutively across two segments, but they must switch partners.
• The same pair cannot play two segments in a row.

✅ Example:
1. Safriz + Narimah
2. Safriz + Reen
3. Nizam + Narimah
✔️ Safriz plays back-to-back with different partners.
✔️ Narimah returns after sitting out Segment 2.
✔️ No pair repeats. All good!

4. Clarification Example
• If Team A reaches 10 points and Team B has 1, both teams must substitute.
• If Team B later reaches 10 points and Team A remains at 10, no substitution is required, and play continues until the next milestone.
• This pattern continues until one team reaches 30 points.

5. Team Line-up
• Team captains must submit their starting pair to the Technical Officer (TO) before each match.

6. Advancement Criteria
• The team with the most wins in each group advances to the Final (1st vs 1st).
• The second-best team in each group plays for 3rd place (2nd vs 2nd).
• In the event of a tie, total points scored will determine the ranking.

7. Podium Prizes
• Prizes will be awarded to teams finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd only.

• Request to join the session, and the host will place you on the waitlist
• Once on the waitlist, please proceed with payment to secure your slot
• Upon receipt of payment, you will be added to the confirmed list
• Only those on the confirmed list are eligible to play
• Only team with complete 4 members are eligible to play
• Players need to inform the host their team members for team assignment
• The host has the right to approve or reject your request
