😕 WALK-INS – Walk-ins in excess of maximum capacity will not be accepted to avoid longer turn around and ensure a smooth playing experience for all players.


🏓 COURT RULES & FACILITY POLICIES 🎾

Your game, your experience! To ensure everyone enjoys a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free time on the court, please take a moment to read and follow our rules and guidelines.

👕 1. DRESS CODE
All players must wear appropriate athletic attire suitable for pickleball.

• Men: Athletic polo shirts, sports shirts, or sleeveless athletic jerseys. Athletic shorts or sports pants.
• Women: Athletic polo shirts, sports shirts, or sleeveless athletic tops. Athletic skirts, skorts, shorts, leggings, or sports pants.

👟 2. COURT SHOES ONLY
Non-marking court shoes with good grip and support are required. Slippers, sandals, heels, barefoot play, and hard-soled shoes are not allowed.

⏰ 3. BE ON TIME
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in shortened playing time.

🏓 4. RESPECT YOUR COURT TIME
Your session starts and ends according to your reserved schedule. Please vacate the court promptly to accommodate the next players.

🌦️ 5. WEATHER POLICY
Play is allowed during all operating hours. Rescheduling is only permitted due to bad weather or unsafe court conditions, subject to Management's discretion.

🤝 6. COURT ETIQUETTE
Practice good sportsmanship at all times. Abusive language, unsportsmanlike conduct, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Treat fellow players, guests, and staff with respect.

🕒 7. OPERATING HOURS & COURT RATES

☀️ 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
₱400 per hour

🌙 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
₱500 per hour

• Rates include up to 6 players per court.
• Additional players: ₱100 per player, per hour.
• Maximum capacity: 10 players per court.

💳 8. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
• Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• No cancellations or voluntary rescheduling.
• Weather-related rescheduling is permitted only when Management determines that the courts are unsafe.

🥤 9. FOOD & BEVERAGES
• Food and alcoholic beverages are permitted only in designated seating and lounge areas.
• Food and alcoholic beverages must be purchased from River Palm Lounge.
• You may bring your own water, sports drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the court enclosures.

🚭 10. NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the court enclosures and lounge. Please use the designated smoking areas outside the lounge premises.

👨‍👩‍👧 11. CHILDREN'S POLICY
• Children below 8 years old are not permitted to play.
• Children aged 8–12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

🧹 12. CLEANLINESS & SAFETY
• Dispose of all trash properly.
• Keep your personal belongings in the designated seating areas.
• Help us maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable facility for everyone.
