PAYMENT POLICY

Your slot will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

• 28-30 players only
• Payment must be made before the session
• Send proof of payment to the organizer
• No payment = No confirmed slot
• Walk-ins are allowed only if there are available slots
• Cancellation/refund is subject to the organizer's policy
• Paid slots may not be transferred without organizer approval

OPEN PLAY FORMAT

* Open Play is a social and recreational format where players rotate regularly.
* Games are generally played to 11 points, win by 1, unless otherwise announced by the organizer.
* After each game, players should leave the court and rotate to allow others to play.
* Players should not occupy a court continuously when others are waiting.
* Court assignments and rotation will be managed by the organizer or designated court coordinator.
* Please be ready to play when your turn is called.

PLAYER ROTATION

* Winners get high priority, while losers move to the loser’s queue.
* Players who have just finished a game should rotate out when there are waiting players.
* Avoid repeatedly partnering with or challenging the same players.
* Players are encouraged to mix with different skill levels and teammates.

FAIR PLAY & SPORTSMANSHIP

All players are expected to:

* Play honestly and call your own lines fairly.
* Respect the calls and decisions of other players.
* Avoid arguing over line calls.
* Give the benefit of the doubt when a call is unclear.
* Avoid intentionally distracting opponents.
* Do not use offensive, insulting, or disrespectful language.
* No aggressive behavior, trash talking, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
* Shake hands, paddle tap, or acknowledge your opponents after every game.


ORGANIZER’S AUTHORITY

The organizer or designated Open Play coordinator has the final say regarding:

* Court assignments
* Player rotation
* Game format
* Temporary rule adjustments
* Safety concerns
* Disputes affecting the flow of play

Please cooperate with the organizer so everyone gets a fair opportunity to play.

PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

Photos and videos will be taken during Open Play for club/community documentation and promotional purposes.

Players who do not wish to appear in photos or videos should inform the organizer before the session.
