🏓 DYNAMIC OPEN PLAY SESSION
✅ 2 courts GUARANTEED for Open Play.
✅ Maximum of 1 court may be rented during Open Play hours.
✅ Player slots are adjusted depending on the total hours of court rental.
✅ Standard capacity: 44 players (3 courts).
✅ Approximately 3–4 slots deducted per rental hour.

📊 ADJUSTED OPEN PLAY CAPACITY
* No rental: 44 players
* 1 hour: 40–41 players
* 2 hours: 36–38 players
* 3 hours: 32–35 players
* 4 hours: 28–32 players
* 5 hours: 24–29 players

📌 Actual capacity depends on confirmed rental hours. Once a rental ends, the court returns to Open Play. Paid and confirmed OP slots are prioritized when approving rentals.

📋 HOW TO JOIN
1. Click Request to Join in Reclub.
2. Hosts will move you to Waitlist (to allow +1 requests).
3. Pay via GCash and upload/send proof. One payment may cover multiple players.
4. Payment is allowed even while under Requested Players.
5. Only paid players with verified payment will be moved to Confirmed.
6. Once confirmed, join your OP session in Sports360 for digital queuing.

📱 SPORTS360 DIGITAL QUEUING
✅ Create a Sports360 profile and join your confirmed OP session to:
* Receive game notifications.
* Track queue position and live court status.
* See players on each court.
* Pause your queue to rest or end your session.

📌 No Sports360 account? You can join as a Guest Player with limited features.
⚠️ Reclub = OP booking/payment. Sports360 = digital queuing.

🎟️ SLOTS & PRIORITY
✅ First to pay = Priority.
✅ Maximum 24–44 players, depending on rental hours.
✅ Unpaid slots may be released.
✅ Paid players beyond the adjusted capacity go to Waitlist; unpaid players go on Hold.

⏳ WAITLIST POLICY
✅ Paid waitlisted players are prioritized when slots open due to cancellations, early departures, or increased capacity.
✅ Accommodation is subject to availability and host approval.
✅ Unaccommodated paid players must coordinate with the hosts regarding their payment.

🚶 WALK-INS
✅ Accepted only after OP starts, subject to available slots and payment.
✅ If capacity is full, standard waitlist rules apply.
⚠️ Advance payment is recommended. Last-minute slots are not guaranteed.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
🚫 STRICTLY NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING once confirmed.
✅ Refund/rescheduling is allowed ONLY if Dink District cancels or cannot proceed with the session.
🚫 Personal cancellations, schedule conflicts, or no-shows result in forfeiture of payment and slot.
