💳 Payments
All payments are final and non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-reschedulable, except as provided under the session cancellation policy.

🌧️ Bad Weather & Typhoons
Open play will generally proceed unless the club announces a cancellation. Players should use their own judgment regarding safe travel and attendance.

If the club cancels a session, announcement will be made in the Club chat and payment may be applied to a future session, as announced by the organizers.

🔄 Slot Transfers Allowed
Unable to attend? You may sell or transfer your slot to another eligible player. Please inform the organizers and obtain confirmation before the session so we can update the player lineup.

🏓 GAME FORMAT & LEVELING
* Scoring: Raise to 11. No deuce.
* Paddle stacking: Players queue their paddles to determine the next games.
* Skill levels: We aim to group players of similar skill levels whenever possible.
* Flexible play: Players willing to play across levels may be accommodated when needed.
