⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
💰 Rate: ₱250 per player

👥 ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME

Beginners, intermediate, and advanced players are all welcome! Expect to play with different players and skill levels throughout the session.

📝 HOW TO JOIN

1. Submit your request to join the event.
2. Send your payment to secure your slot.
3. Upload or send your proof of payment through the Payment Tab.
4. Wait for confirmation from the host.

✅ SLOT CONFIRMATION

Your slot is considered confirmed only after payment and proof of payment have been received.

Unconfirmed slots may be released to players on the waitlist.

💳 PAYMENT POLICY

Payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another player for the same session and date only.

🎾 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

• Fair player rotation and matchmaking will be managed by the host.
• Paddle stacking/queueing may be used during busy sessions.
• Please practice good sportsmanship and respect fellow players, staff, and facility rules.
• Arrive on time to maximize your playing time.

🏠 HOUSE RULES

• Proper court shoes are recommended.
• Please keep the courts clean at all times.
• Be mindful of court time and avoid unnecessary game delays.
• Please return all balls to the organizers after use.
• Keep your personal belongings safe and with you.

⚠️ LIABILITY & SAFETY

• Play at your own risk. The Dinkers Club is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Players may be asked to stop playing if their behavior compromises the safety or experience of others.
