▫️This is a drilling practice, not a coaching/training session.
▫️Please come earlier for warm up session
▫️Coach Mo will monitor, guided by explanation and demonstration during drill session, and will correcting technique(if needed).
▫️The focus is on repetition to build muscle memory, enhance shot control and improve overall court awareness.
